Born in Malacca, Tan Chin Chong holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's in business administration, blending rationality with artistic sensibility. He is the deputy president of the Malaysian Contemporary Chinese Painting & Calligraphy Association and the Overseas Calligraphers Association (Malaysia), honorary advisor to the Sim Mow Yu Calligraphy Museum, and chairman of the calligraphy judging panel for the Malaysian Contemporary Chinese Painting & Calligraphy Association. Tan has served as chief planner for the Southern University College Museum and Art Gallery, and executive committee member for the Johor Bahru Hokkien Association Museum. His calligraphy has been showcased in exhibitions across China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, earning him numerous accolades.

陈振宗，出生于马六甲，现任马来西亚国际现代书画联盟署理总会长、海外书法家协会（马来西亚）署理总会长、沈慕羽书法文物馆名誉顾问，并担任马来西亚国际现代书画联盟总会书法评审主任，同时亦是马来西亚国家银行钱币设计顾问团员。他曾连任马来西亚国际现代书画联盟柔佛州联委会第二任会长，现为荣誉顾问，并曾担任新山南方大学文物与艺术馆总策划、新山福建文物馆筹建执行委员，及《郑天炳书画精品回顾展暨书画精品集》主编。其书法作品多次受邀参与国内外书法展览，足迹遍及中国、韩国、日本、香港、台湾、东南亚及中东等地，并在海内外书法比赛中屡获奖项。
