黄国彬，原籍广东新会，号啸翁，斋号啸庐，1937年下南洋，来到马来亚定居。曾任马来西亚书艺协会会员、香港国际书画家协会常务理事、中、日、韩、新书画家友会联盟常务理事、历任全国书法比赛评审、加拿大世界书画家协会常务理事、山东济宁市国际书画义赛委员等职。擅长行书，多次参加海内外书法展览，展览地点有中国大陆、香港、台湾、日本、韩国、新加坡等。所获奖项有：第二届中国王子杯海峡两岸大赛金奖（1996）以及山东省曲阜首届“孔圣杯”国际书法大赛二等奖。  2018年，作品收录于“中国南来第一代书法先驱大展”，大马SGM文化中心。

Born in the Guangdong Province of China, Huang Guobin settled himself in Malaya in 1937. He was a member of the Calligraphy Society of Malaysia, the jury of various national calligraphy competitions, council member of the Hong Kong International Calligrapher-Painter Association, council member of the World Calligraphers Association of Canada, and art advisor of Xi'an Academy of Calligraphy in China. Exhibiting across mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and more, his achievements include the gold medal at the 2nd “Prince Cup” Cross-Strait China Calligraphy Competition and the 2nd prize at the inaugural "Confucius Cup" International Calligraphy Competition in Shandong, China. His work was included in the “Pioneering – Calligraphy Exhibition by First Generation Chinese Artists" at SGM Cultural Centre, Kuala Lumpur (2018).
