Spring is arriving! That must be full of new greens and buds in countries with four seasons. But in Malaysia where we have spring season throughout the year, there is not much difference to be felt in terms of climate and living environment. Nonetheless, the market and supermarkets will always be there to remind us of the arrival of spring and the coming of Lunar New Year celebration.

It is true that we live in a pretty dull environment, yet “dull” is also a sign of peacefulness and happiness. Without symbols of spring, we still have plenty of space and time to take positive, audacious steps in life. As such, spring’s arrival signals the start of a new life and new plans over the new coming days!

That is why we are holding a new exhibition to deliver this good message of spring to you. Our exhibitors are all well-known and veteran local artists, they are: Kueh Chai Phiaw, Yap Hong Ngee, Lai Tiew Seong, Puah Kim Hai and Kerk Won Hoo. These artists have learnt art from different backgrounds and walked through different experiences of life, thus producing art creations that are all in different styles and demeanours. Their works will certainly bring boundless happiness and satisfaction to you!

春天到了，在四季的国家应该是绿叶萌芽，花儿开苞，风儿传来阵阵花香的时刻。而我国马来西亚，却因为四季如春，因此没有特别转变的气象与环境，周遭如常，清风依旧，只是市集与超市的转变，提醒我们春天的到来，并附带着新年莅临的讯息。

当然平淡的生活亦是平安幸福的象征，没有特别的春天气息，但却拥有着许多可以积极追梦的空间与日子。因此春天的到来，亦是实践我们新的梦想的开始，所以画廊在这个特别的转变时刻，举办这个意义积极的展览。

“春之美”，带来本土5位资深著名画家的作品展：他们是郭才标、叶逢仪、黎潮湘、潘金海与郭温和。5位画家来自不同的学画背景且人生经历不一，所以展出作品风格独颖，姿彩灿烂朴拙相映相惜，不夺他人风采，亦不委屈求全，可以使观赏者如沐春风，心意大快也！
